A mindset coach, speaker, podcast host, and founder of the Raising Confidence movement, Ashley’s dedicated to empowering the next generation to believe they can be, do, or have anything they set their minds to.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Ashley moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University, where she earned a degree in Business. Her path has been a vibrant blend of entrepreneurship, personal growth, and motherhood. From co-founding a marine upholstery business with her sister to managing her father’s innovative equipment company, Ashley learned early on how to lead with vision and resilience.

After a transformative period of self-discovery, she followed her heart toward a life of deeper purpose – opening a successful day spa, investing in real estate, and ultimately discovering her true calling: guiding children, teens, and parents to unlock their inner magic through mindset work.

As the host of the popular podcast Uncover Your Magic, Ashley shares empowering conversations that encourage others to live with intention, joy, and a belief in infinite possibilities. She teaches growth mindset tools in local San Diego schools and created her signature online course, Raising Confidence, which equips teens with the tools to build emotional resilience and self-worth.
