Co-Founder and Executive Director of Humanity's Team
Steve Farrell is the co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity’s Team, a non-profit organization based in Boulder, Colorado. Humanity’s Team was founded in 2003 by Steve and Neale Donald Walsch (author of the Conversations with God book series), and is dedicated to transformational education and global community-building initiatives. It provides streaming programs, masterclasses, and resources focused on personal growth, conscious leadership, and social impact.
Under Steve’s leadership, Humanity’s Team has grown to reach over 1.5 million people across more than 150 countries. The organization hosts annual events and creates educational programs in collaboration with global thought leaders, including Global Oneness Day, an international celebration of human connection and shared values that is in the process of being put on the UN calendar.
Before founding Humanity’s Team, Steve was an entrepreneur living in Silicon Valley, co-founding and leading two successful multi-million dollar technology companies recognized on the INC 500 list. He later transitioned from the private sector to nonprofit leadership, focusing on public service and global engagement. This journey from technology to conscious living is outlined in Steve’s book, “A New Universal Dream,” along with his book that just came out, “The Inner Way: Reclaim the Truth of Who You Are and Why You’re Here.”
