Sense of Soul

Shanna Vavra is first and foremost a mother of 4 children. She is an Intuitive, Reiki Master Teacher, LMT, Spiritual Journey Mentor and the Host of Sense of Soul Podcast.

Shanna finds herself somewhere between a Theologian, Jungian and Omnist. She is a seeker at heart, uncovering hidden truths and giving them a voice. From the discovery of being an intuitive empath to her journey through ancestral healing and her study of the Gnostic gospels.

Shanna has gained much wisdom, insight and growth through her personal experience of healing from the inside out, turning her pain into purpose and discovering her light within. She has found the blessings’ in the lessons and inspires others to find their true “Sense of Soul.”
