Is a Different Soul Running Your Life? | What If The Stuck Version of You Isn’t Really You?

The Morning Everything Changed

Imagine waking up one morning as a different person. Not metaphorically. Not after a retreat, a breakup, or a decade of therapy. Literally. One day you’re a self-taught software engineer who built three global cybersecurity companies from scratch. You’ve written seven professional patents. You helped shape an entire industry. You have a beautiful home, race cars, and a LinkedIn profile that screams “logical guy.”

And then one morning in 2018, under crushing stress from a difficult company acquisition and a recent diagnosis of a cortisol cyst on his pituitary gland, Ken Lloyd lay down in bed, felt his stomach surge upward as if he’d been “plugged into an electrical socket,” and passed out. He woke up the next day with no anger, sudden passion for life, and an inexplicable need to Google the words “chakra,” “aura,” and “energy healing,” terms he had never once thought about before.

When we sat down with Ken for an episode of The Skeptic Metaphysicians, we expected an interesting conversation about spirituality and consciousness. We did not expect to find our own neck pain cleared on air, our co-host Karen moved to unexpected tears during a live energy transmission, and our entire understanding of what it means to feel “stuck” turned completely upside down.

What Is a Soul Walk-In? (And Why It’s Not What You Think)

Before talking to Ken, we’d heard the term “soul walk-in” tossed around in spiritual circles. We assumed it was either fringe, dramatic, or both. Ken reframed it so practically and matter-of-factly that we genuinely forgot to be skeptical.

He describes three distinct types of walk-in experiences:

The Soul Exchange. A complete replacement, where one soul exits and an entirely new soul takes over the body. Ken says people who experience this often leave marriages, jobs, and social circles almost immediately. Nobody recognizes them anymore.

The Soul Braid. An additional soul aspect joins and co-exists with the original. The original soul remains. Ken describes this like a braid of hair, multiple strands sharing space without replacing each other. This is where Ken started.

The Soul Infusion. Multiple soul aspects merge into the physical field as a unified collective. By April 2023, Ken had 13 soul aspects operating within him. By the time we spoke with him, that number had grown to 22, each one he describes as a tool in a toolbox that activates precisely when needed and recedes when done.

This is not mainstream psychology. But research into dissociative identity and multiplicity of self, explored by psychologists including Dr. Richard Schwartz through his Internal Family Systems model, does suggest the human psyche is not a single unified entity but a collection of distinct parts. Ken’s framework diverges significantly from IFS in its metaphysical claims, but the underlying principle that multiple “aspects” of self can co-exist and serve different functions is not without psychological grounding.

The Library of Creation: A New Way to Think About Self-Healing

If the walk-in concept is the most mind-bending thing Ken introduced, the Library of Creation is the most immediately useful.

Ken describes the Library as a multidimensional healing field containing 19 rooms, each designed to address a specific area of healing or growth. Think of it less like a building and more like a guided internal operating system for self-repair. There are rooms for karma, past life exploration, DNA activation, trauma release, and even a conference room where you can meet and communicate with your spirit team directly.

Talking to Ken made us realize we’d been thinking about healing backwards. We kept looking for the right modality, the right healer, the right practice. Ken’s point is that the healing field already exists inside you. What’s needed isn’t a new method. It’s access.

Interestingly, the concept of an internal healing intelligence is not entirely foreign to science. Research in psychoneuroimmunology, a field that studies the connection between psychological processes and the nervous and immune systems, has consistently demonstrated that the mind can measurably influence physical healing processes. Ken’s Library of Creation frames this not as a placebo but as a structured intentional system for activating what is already present.

Your Emotional Pain Is Not a Character Flaw. It’s Corrupted Code.

This is the idea we couldn’t stop thinking about after the interview ended. Ken’s background in cybersecurity and systems design gave him a framework for understanding the human energy field that is genuinely different from anything we’d heard before. He doesn’t see stuck emotional patterns as personality traits, karma you deserve, or proof that you’re broken. He sees them as energetic distortions in a field that was built to run cleanly.

Traditional energy healing, he explains, tends to work layer by layer, one story at a time, one past life at a time. His approach as an Energy Architect is to identify the root distortion and pull the entire thing out at once, without needing to revisit the story that created it. He describes reaching into the energetic field, pulling out a “blob of energy,” and watching the symptom dissolve.

We watched this happen live on air. Will mentioned a chronic neck stiffness he deals with almost every morning. Within minutes, Ken did a quiet remote read, described what he found, pulled it out, and Will sat back and said: “Either you did something or it’s the power of my mind. I don’t feel anything at all now.”

Was that energy healing? Placebo? Something else entirely? We’re not here to tell you what to believe. What we can tell you is that it happened, it was real to Will in the moment, and it made us both take the next two hours of conversation far more seriously.

Light Language: What It Is and Why It Works Even on Skeptics

We’ve heard light language discussed on the show before. We’ve always found it interesting, occasionally moving, and consistently hard to explain. Ken’s description is the clearest we’ve encountered.

Light language, in Ken’s framework, is consciousness communicating directly with consciousness, bypassing the ears, the ego, and the rational mind entirely. The reason it doesn’t need to be understood to work, he says, is that the ego would simply block it if it could be translated. He describes it as a compressed file that keeps giving new information each time you hear it, and as programmable instructions he uses to talk directly to the body’s energetic field.

His light language is notably faster and more intense than most. He calls himself “heavy construction” compared to the softer, more angelic-sounding light language common in other practitioners. During the live transmission in our episode, Karen described feeling “full” rather than lighter, which prompted Ken to work on her directly. What followed was an unexpected emotional release that left her in tears in the best possible way, and genuinely moved both of us.

How to Apply This Today: Accessing the Library of Creation

The most practical thing Ken shared is that the Library of Creation requires no special attunement, no prior spiritual practice, and no altered state. He said you can access it sipping a glass of wine. Here is the basic process he outlined during the episode:

Step 1. Set a clear intention. Simply state internally: “Take me to the Library of Creation.” No ritual, no preparation. Intention is the access key.

Step 2. Choose a room. Ask to be taken to the room that corresponds to what you want to work on. Karma, trauma, past lives, activation, connection to your spirit team. Ken’s full room directory is available at libraryofcreation.com.

Step 3. Ask a specific question. Use clear, direct language. “Show me the past lives contributing to the pain in my shoulder.” “Show me the random object that represents all my childhood trauma.” The more specific the ask, the clearer the response.

Step 4. Interact with what appears. You don’t need crystal-clear visualization. Even a vague sense of something is enough. Your higher self, Ken says, is the one doing the actual work. The visualization is just the interface.

Step 5. Let it complete. Don’t force it. Don’t analyze it while it’s happening. If you feel emotional, that’s the energy moving. Ken recommends an Epsom salt bath afterward to help the body integrate any shifts.

The Ascension Reframe That Stopped Us Cold

We expected to talk about ascension as a destination. Something to strive toward, earn, or eventually reach after enough inner work. Ken flipped the entire frame in one sentence.

“We’ve already ascended,” he said. “Our soul is already high frequency. We are here to ascend the human structure.”

In other words, the work isn’t about becoming worthy of a higher frequency. It’s about elevating the physical vessel to match the soul that’s already there. Ken describes this as humanity moving from carbon-based to crystalline physical structure, a transition he says is already underway and that his work, along with others like him around the planet, is actively accelerating.

Whether you take that literally or as a powerful metaphor, the practical implication is the same. Stop trying to earn your spiritual worth. Start removing what’s blocking the version of you that’s already whole.

The Big Picture: Who’s Actually Running Your Life?

Ken Lloyd didn’t arrive with a new belief system. He arrived with what he believes is the system underneath all the others. And whether you accept every detail of his story or none of it, the core question he’s asking is one worth sitting with.

What if the version of you that feels stuck, exhausted, and on repeat isn’t the final version? What if it’s just the one that hasn’t been updated yet?

That’s not woo. That’s not clickbait. That’s a genuine question that this conversation planted in us, and we haven’t been able to shake it since.
