Brian Egan, who is a cacao ceremony facilitator, is also a sound healer. He was trained in Peru and Guatemala, and this episode is a meditation that he played and sang for us while we were on location at the Edgar Casey ARE. The most spectacular thing for us is that the majority of what you'll be hearing is his voice.
So do yourself a favor. If you're driving or if you're someplace where you can't just close your eyes and relax and let the sound flow through you, go ahead and put a pause on this. Come back to it when you are in a place where you can actually listen to it from a place of acceptance. Because it is a very different experience that you're about to listen to. It's his voice, singing crystal bowls, and a bunch of other sound props that are going to take you on a journey. But it's not a journey that you think.
It is a very different type of journey that if you open yourself up to it, we think you'll find your DNA resonates.
We'd love to hear from you! If you think this was great, let us know. If you think this was a bunch of hooey let us know too, because we want to give you things that you are going to find valuable.
Thanks for listening.

00:00:03.759 --> 00:00:07.519
Hey, everyone, it's Will.
I wanted to come in here really quickly
2
00:00:07.559 --> 00:00:13.480
and introduce this episode because it's very
different than anything we've ever played for you
3
00:00:13.519 --> 00:00:19.359
before. Recently, you may have
heard that we developed a relationship, a
4
00:00:19.440 --> 00:00:24.839
partnership with the Edgar Caseyari. It's
a center here that Edgar Casey built many
5
00:00:24.839 --> 00:00:30.600
many years ago in Virginia Beach Well. In this partnership, we are hosting
6
00:00:30.760 --> 00:00:33.320
a podcast for them. If you've
not checked it out, it's called New
7
00:00:33.359 --> 00:00:38.560
Awakenings with Edgar Case's AAR and you
can find it on all the major podcasting
8
00:00:38.600 --> 00:00:44.240
platforms. But we're able to talk
to people from the Edgar Casey AAR on
9
00:00:44.359 --> 00:00:49.359
location. We interview amazing people that
we probably wouldn't have had a chance to
10
00:00:49.399 --> 00:00:55.759
meet otherwise. This segment is one
such result. I guess I would say
11
00:00:55.840 --> 00:01:00.399
from that, we interviewed Brian Egan, who is a cacow's ceremony facilitator,
12
00:01:00.399 --> 00:01:06.239
but he's also His claim to fame
is a sound healing. He was trained
13
00:01:06.239 --> 00:01:10.519
by some folks in Peru and Guatemala
and things like that, So what you're
14
00:01:10.560 --> 00:01:17.920
about to hear is a meditation that
he played for us and sang for us
15
00:01:18.400 --> 00:01:22.879
there while on location at the Edgar
Casey AI. He's got a bunch of
16
00:01:22.920 --> 00:01:27.519
crystal singing bowls that he's using and
some other sound props that allow him to
17
00:01:27.879 --> 00:01:33.439
get the music out. But what
was the most spectacular thing for me and
18
00:01:33.560 --> 00:01:38.840
for Karen was that the majority of
what you're hearing is his voice. So
19
00:01:38.560 --> 00:01:42.200
do yourself a favor. If you're
driving, or if you're someplace where you
20
00:01:42.280 --> 00:01:46.400
can't really just close your eyes and
relax and let the sound flow through you,
21
00:01:46.920 --> 00:01:49.120
go ahead and put a pause on
this. Come back to it when
22
00:01:49.120 --> 00:01:53.400
you are in a place where you
can actually listen to it from a place
23
00:01:53.519 --> 00:01:57.239
of acceptance, because it is a
very different experience that you're about to listen
24
00:01:57.319 --> 00:02:01.719
to. It's his voice, these
singing crystal bowls and a bunch of other
25
00:02:02.120 --> 00:02:06.480
sound props that are going to take
you on a journey. But it's not
26
00:02:06.599 --> 00:02:08.840
a journey that you think. It
is a very different type of journey that
27
00:02:08.919 --> 00:02:14.439
if you open yourself up to it, I think you'll find that your DNA
28
00:02:15.319 --> 00:02:22.120
resonates it super interesting. But I'm
gonna here shut up very soon. And
29
00:02:23.120 --> 00:02:25.599
you experienced it, but I really
wanted to kind of set the scene for
30
00:02:25.680 --> 00:02:29.800
you because it is so different.
We'd love to hear from you if you
31
00:02:29.840 --> 00:02:30.960
think this was great, let us
know. If you think this was a
32
00:02:31.080 --> 00:02:35.360
bunch of who he let us know
too, because we want to give you
33
00:02:35.479 --> 00:02:39.120
things that you are going to find
valuable. So I'm going to stop talking
34
00:02:39.159 --> 00:02:44.479
now that you listen to the experience
the meditation, and I hope to hear
35
00:02:44.520 --> 00:02:46.879
from you guys soon. Thanks for
listening, and we hope you enjoy it.
36
00:02:54.479 --> 00:03:00.919
Calling yourself into a quiet, relaxed
state, taking a deep, full
37
00:03:00.000 --> 00:03:05.039
breath in. Can I think into
your heart, space, into your lungs,
38
00:03:05.080 --> 00:03:10.319
into your diaphragm, breathing in deeper, holding it, being present with
39
00:03:10.360 --> 00:03:15.759
your heart, thinking about something in
someone you truly love, and slowly breathing
40
00:03:15.800 --> 00:03:24.319
out into that space, just letting
yourself relax into this moment, relaxing into
41
00:03:24.319 --> 00:03:30.000
where you are and how you are
and accepting it just as it is.
42
00:03:30.280 --> 00:03:34.879
And take another deep, full breath
in, deep into your belly, deep
43
00:03:34.879 --> 00:03:42.759
into your lungs, breathing in deeper, holding it, holding in your heart
44
00:03:42.840 --> 00:03:50.000
now something you're truly grateful for,
something you want to allow more of into
45
00:03:50.039 --> 00:03:58.960
your life, and slowly breathe out
into that space and just let yourself relax,
46
00:04:00.719 --> 00:04:09.280
feeling calm, easy, at peace, allowing your spirit to clear of
47
00:04:09.319 --> 00:04:19.879
any disruptions, of any distractions,
any extra attachments are falling away now on
48
00:04:19.920 --> 00:05:25.639
the sound mm hmmm nam man n
hanging banging ra n we name more your
49
00:05:25.639 --> 00:05:46.160

53
00:14:37.120 --> 00:14:46.000
yourself out in the silence now,
allowing the stillness into your life and to
54
00:14:46.080 --> 00:14:52.000
your experience. With every breath and
every step on your path to wholeness and
55
00:14:52.120 --> 00:15:01.399
oneness, you allow your resonance,
your love vibration, to echo through.
56
00:15:03.679 --> 00:15:09.200
As you allow this, it becomes, and so it does, slowly coming
57
00:15:09.320 --> 00:15:15.519
back towards your fingers and toes,
your hands and feet, coming back your
58
00:15:15.679 --> 00:15:20.039
arms and legs, finding yourself and
your torso and behind your eyes as that
59
00:15:20.200 --> 00:15:24.799
still small, eternal voice. And
when you're ready you can open your eyes
60
00:15:26.039 --> 00:15:30.200
feeling wide awake and wonderful. Thank
you so much,
